(Peter alone in the TV room Micky is just entering the room)
Peter: Hey Micky how did you find Carole?
Micky: We were both passed out in the alley that night we worked at McCooley's Bar next to the Pink Posh Carole worked at. I thank God everyday they shared an alley. Why'd you ask?
Peter: How did she come to like you?
Micky: She was drunk.
Peter: What made you trust her?
Micky: I was drunk.
Peter: Then how do sober people find love? (Micky laughs)
Micky: Where's Davy?
Peter: Out with some girl he met at the bar earlier tonight.
Micky: Why aren't you with him?
Peter: You're his wingman.
Micky: Christ's sake I've been with Carole for three years how come he doesn't take you?
Peter: He says if Carole can strip for a living you can be a wingman, besides you're funnier than I am and that's what Davy needs in a partner.
Micky: Davy has looks, I have humor, Mike has ambition but you have the most important thing a girl could want sincere kindness.
Peter: Even if that is true people can see Davy's beauty, your wit, or Mike's drive but no one looks at me looking for kindness unless they need someone to exploit.
Micky: Diane's a moron.
Peter: And so is April, Natasha and Valleri apparently.
Micky: Yes they are.
Peter: I should have known better with Valleri she wasn't even nice to me until she knew I was in a band with Davy. Could Carole hook me up with someone?
Micky: She doesn't hang out with many of the girls at the Pink Posh they all apparently love abusive and or manipulative relationships some being the giver or sometimes the taker depending on whether they hate themselves or their men more.
Peter: I'll never find love.
Micky: Your mindset is what's destroying you Peter and your mindset is destroying your personality. I have faith that if you had faith in yourself women will find you charming, they actually do as it is but many women just don't want to be the reassuring ones in the relationship, at least not at first although if played right a woman's sympathy can become love but that's rare but you'll need at least enough confidence to act like a relationship can lead somewhere then it will and I will see to it you'll have that confidence again. (Song: Take A Giant Step)
Though you've played at love and lost
And sorrow's turned your heart to frost
I will melt your heart again.
Remember the feeling as a child
When you woke up and morning smiled
It's time you felt like you did then.
There's just no percentage in remembering the past
It's time you learned to live again at last.
Come with me, leave yesterday behind
And take a giant step outside your mind.
You stare at me in disbelief
You say for you there's no relieve
But I swear I'll prove you wrong.
Don't stay in your lonely room
Just staring back in silent gloom.
That's not where you belong
Come with me I'll take you where the taste of life is green
And everyday holds wonders to be seen.
Come with me, leave yesterday behind
And take a giant step outside your mind.
Peter: Thanks Micky I think I'll meet Davy at the bar.
Micky: I'll come with you
