Confrontation

The Policeman:
Shut your unpatriotic mouth you damn heathen
If I catch you saying such things I'll charge you with treason
The Preacher:
What happened to the freedom of speech you believe in
The Policeman:
The right of every citizen to be free
Is conditioned by a life sacrificed to the country
The Preacher:
How am I free when you pose an unnatural threat to me
The Policeman:
Because you're a danger to society
Where would this country be
Without its military
The Preacher:
The debate is not how much you gain or lose
It is by whose principles you wish to chose
Righteousness is judged not by the ends that come but the means you use
